ROUTING/FABRICATION

When drilling boards, you can pin the work with "standard" pins in that you will use tooling holes drilled into the panels for that specific purpose. When routing, this is rarely if ever the case.

When routing boards, Fabricators pin the work using "other" holes in the board-holes of every conceivable diameter. Pins, then, of every conceivable diameter are needed! WE ANSWER THIS NEED!

We manufacture and inventory pins of "any diameter you wish", in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" lengths. Pins of "Any length you desire" cost a little more. These pins are hard (60+ on the Rockwell "C" Scale) to prevent bending or "mushrooming" when struck.

Bright, smooth, radially chamfered and extensively tumbled to assure that pins fit smoothly into the holes and do not scratch the board.
