We make these up by the thousands but, it seems ever one has their own idea of what works best for their situation.

By and large, these pins look like " top hats." Most frequently the "brim" of the hat, is something above 1/8" in diameter (we've been known to make them from .156" to .625" in diameter). The brim is normally very thin (around 0.010"). The rest of the " hat" is frequently, but not always, 1/8" in diameter. The overall length varies considerably depending upon the needs of the customer.
