We manufacture the most complete and competitively priced line of lamination pins we know of.

There are basically three styles of pins used in laminations.

DOWEL PINS
We cannot recommend these because they are "case hardened" (hard on the outside but soft on the inside) and not" through hardened" and therefore they can bend.

However, we have a number of customers that use dowel pins successfully and so we maintain a substantial inventory of 1/4" and 3/16" diameter pins in all the popular lengths.

HIGH TENSILE PINS
These are "through hardened" pins (60+ on the Rockwell "C" scale), ground to a precise 0.0002" diameter tolerance and manufactured with "centers" (small dimples drilled into the ends to help "center" the punches normally used to remove pins after lamination) unless you instruct us to the contrary.

Once again, we maintain an extensive inventory in both 3/16" and 1/4" diameters in all the popular lengths.

SLOTTED PINS
These are our 1/4" diameter "High Tensile" pins ground flat on the top and bottom to precisely fit those "slotted" lamination bushings.
