Model 202 & 202R

The BARNABY Model 202 Bevelers chamfer P.C. boards with a high speed downward cut that completely eliminates plating, substrate delamination or burrs, at over 4" per second. Angle and depth of cut are adjustable and precise. Board scratches are eliminated by placing the work piece on an unclad glass laminate before feeding both together past the cutter. The 202 gives fast, accurate chamfers with excellent finish and with a minimum of operator skill. The 202R is the same basic machine as the 202 but with added capability of beveling boards with fingers that are recessed up to 7/8". This is achieved by a movable back stop which is adjusted using a knob and two lead screws.

The
BARNABY Model 204 Inverted Bevelers
fill the need for a low cost inverted beveler. Beveling from the bottom
eliminates problems caused by variation in material thickness or warp
in the board.
The Model 204 Inverted Beveler produces the same smooth, consistent bevels as a Model 202 with minimum operator experience. The 204R is the same basic machine as the 204 but with added capability of beveling boards with fingers recessed up to 7/8". This is achieved by a movable back stop which is adjusted using a knob and two lead screws.
